Volunteers advices to NGO's to make a volunteer happy:

- give him/her food
- give him/her tenderness
- give him/her more food
- never forget his/her birthday
- write small nice words on his/her fridge
- drink beer with him/her
- find a greek love, marry him/her, and invite the volunteer to the wedding
- dance with him/her
- tell him/her goodjokes
- read him/her a story at night
- if all these ideas don't work, give him/her sex, drugs and rock'n roll
